The management at Tupperware Australia decided to
restructure and outsource their finance and payroll
department as they recognised this would lead to
significantly improved accuracy, a better payroll experience
for employees and would provide a 40% cost saving.
When the PremierOne team came in there was a lot of clean
up work to do. We had to:
- Recalculate the leave entitlements for 108 employees as these were not tracked properly.
- Proactively monitor modern industry awards and EBAs to ensure they were all in alignment across the payroll. Make sure super payments were in alignment.
- Make sure super payments were in alignment.
- Helped calculate the Fringe Benefit Tax obligations.
- As a gesture of good will we helped with reporting obligations outside our scope, such as the actual renumeration declaration with Worksafe Victoria.
- Setup payroll software Xero to streamline payroll processing, super processing, and make it easily transferrable to their SAP ERP system.
We provide fortnightly reporting and a journal for them to
integrate with their SAP system. The compliance
requirements, such as monthly super contributions, monthly
IAS, Payroll Tax & STP, are being met on time, and we’ve had
zero errors. Likewise, the workforce’s concerns for properly
tracking their leave entitlements have been fully addressed,
as we have configured the Xero system to accurately accrue
and account for the leave entitlements and report the
balances to the employees through the payslips. After being
impressed with the results from PremierOne, the
management at Tupperware encouraged their subsidiary
entitiy DieCraft to switch to PremierOne for their payroll.
DieCraft has around 50 staff members on payroll, and their
cost savings with PremierOne is also 40%. The CFO based in
Indonesia has been so happy with our service that she is
seriously considering outsourcing their finance function fully
to PremierOne!

Xero Bookkeeping includes: Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation and General Ledger Maintenance – from $69 per hour
Xero Payroll Processing includes: weekly or fortnightly payroll processing based on your inputs and timesheets, ABA file generation, leave and entitlements tracking, STP lodgement, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Workers compensation annual declaration, STP Finalisation, onboarding and termination – from $14 per employee per pay period.
BAS (GST, PAYG Withholding and PAYG Instalment) – Preparation, Reconciliation and lodgement with the ATO from $260 per lodgement
IAS (if you are a medium PAYG withholder) from $60 per lodgement
